Today is Thursday November 8th, 2012.
Novel Study:
We are starting a new Novel Study unit. The great part about this new unit is that it involves a novel of YOUR CHOICE!
Today, you will choose the novel you will study for the next few weeks. In addition, you will fill out the corresponding sheets. This is your opportunity to read and explore a novel you have been curious about.
There is ONE RULE: you CANNOT choose a book you have read in the past.
Sightlines 8P and 8T:
Today we will be learning a story titled: 'The Cool Crowd" . It is located on pages 68-72 of the text. We will be completing Q2 in class.We didn't have time to cover this story last week so we will be discussing the story this week and completing an exercise in class.
