Library 8P:

Ms. Purvis will be collaborating with you on an online writer's workshop that will focus on mechanics. This will work in combination with your essay writing classes. She will be showing you exercises and tools to help you improve your writing.

Today is Wednesday February 20th.

**Today is SKATING DAY at Bond Academy. Students will partake in skating activities at Mc Gregor Arena. Therefore, afternoon classes have been cancelled.

Grammar:

Only the 8P's will have Grammar class today. We will be continuing our unit on Sentence structure. We will be working on the next few pages in the chapter.

Today is devoted to Novel Study Presentations. Students are presenting their Novel Study books to the class.

Today is Friday February 22nd, 2013.

Spelling:

Due to the Snow Day and the PA Day last week, we are behind in our Spelling unit. We will have a Spelling test on Lesson 17 and completing exercises o n Lesson 19.

Debates:

It has been a few weeks since our last debate, so I am sure students are eager to defend their arguments. The topic today will  argue whether Middle School should be separated from Elementary school. I look forward to hearing your arguments.
